Ascension (Week 7)

Ascension is your elevation week. You learn how to create stress-free routines, morning rituals, emotional grounding practices, and lifestyle habits that support the woman you’re becoming. You rise above old patterns and step into a version of yourself that feels peaceful, powerful, and emotionally independent. This is the week clients often say they feel “reborn.”



Anchoring (Week 8)
SECURING YOUR TRANSFORMATION FOR THE LONG-TERM
In the final week, you anchor everything you’ve learned into your daily life. You build a personalized emotional-support plan—habits, boundaries, mindset shifts, and healing practices you can return to anytime life challenges you. The goal is simple: your transformation stays with you. You no longer fall back into old cycles. Instead, you rise with stability, self-trust, and inner peace.
